Sourdough Baguette made using a sourdough starter, which is a mixture of flour and water that has been fermented with wild-aged mother yeast. The sourdough starter is used to leaven the bread dough, giving it its characteristic sour flavour and chewy texture. Sourdough is now a popular type of bread that is enjoyed all over the world for its unique flavour and texture. All our products are produced maintaining the originality of their recipes made with natural and fresh ingredients and Organic Herbs with no added MSG, MGO, Additives, or Preservatives.


Our Baguettes are produced with; Unbleached Wholewheat Imported Flour, Molasses and Maltose, Himalayan Salt, and Purified Water with low Carbohiyrates making it an optimal digestible bread, freshly baked by pre-order.
