We are a local bakery dedicated to providing great Artisan Bread, Pastries and Gourmet produced with natural ingredients mastered by European Master Chef, handcrafted as per tradition.
We specialize in long-fermented sourdough bread, soft crust loaf and rolls, and Pastries and Gourmet products, absolutely hand-crafted and in small batches. Our community is our backyard; our strength lies in the originality of our recipes and natural ingredients, we focus on sourcing local ingredients and prime imported flour, creating strong relationships with the food entrepreneurs in the country.
Our objective is to support local farmers who make regenerative and sustainable organic farming a priority. We are excited to make more connections and source our food responsibility. Our products are diffused in Restaurants, Cafes, Retailers and F&B Operators within the hospitality industry and beyond.
