on Medical Ultrasound Technology
The 2023 Artimino Conference on Medical Ultrasound Technology is the 21st in a series of biennial conferences on the physics, bioengineering, and clinical applications of ultrasound.
The general conference objectives are:
To provide a forum to assess the current state-of-the-art of medical ultrasound imaging
To identify key problems needing solutions for practical deployment
To share insight into future directions with experts
The conference provides a unique opportunity to address in-depth ultrasound topics related to, but not limited to, flow and tissue displacement, high-frame rate and vector Doppler imaging, elastography, photoacoustics, and ultrasound contrast agents.
The focus will be on discussion, led from the floor by two session chairpersons. Sessions will begin with an introduction intended to summarize the state of the art and the most prominent challenges in the field. The subsequent presentations should comprise brief summaries of methods and major results only, allowing time for discussion.
