During the 2020 lockdown I reviewed my crowd paintings. I wanted to paint plenty of people with no distancing, crowds full of people and colour on the streets or in the water. Painting the crowds in this round shapes is also reminiscent of Petri dishes and ways of analysing, unfortunately a recurrent subject during the pandemic.
