Code.org is a nonprofit working towards advancements concerning access to technology in schools. Code.org wants to expand technology to women and underrepresented minorities. Their goal is to have computer science be in every school as an option similar to biology or chemistry. By making computer science more accessible to students they are supplying the students with opportunity and including every student and individual. Using the platform that the political and influential figures have with young adults, Code.org can reach out to a wider audience and make their desires hears.
