RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR PARTICIPATION

The participants have two performances with duration:

• up to 3:30 minutes each for the vocal formations and soloists.
• up to 4:30 minutes for the rest.

* In case of performances, exceeding the up-mentioned duration, the Jury will cease the performance.

COMPETITION CATEGORIES

Vocal soloists and vocal groups - folklore and pop.

Dance groups (contemporary, classical ballet, folklore, stylized dance, break, hip hop).

Majorettes (baton and pompon).

Brass, symphonic, percussion and folklore orchestras- children’s, youth and student.

Choirs - children’s, youth and student.

AGE CATEGORIES

Soloists:

I^-st age group: up to 7 years old;

II^-nd age group: from 8 to 10 years old;

III^-th age group: from 11 to 14 years old;

IV^-th age group: from 15 to 18 years old;

V^-th age group: from 19 to 29 years old;

Vocal and dance groups, instrumentalists, choirs:

I^-st age group: up to 10 years old;

II^-nd age group: from 11 to 13 years old;

III^-th age group: from 14 to 18 years old;

IV^-th age group: from 19 to 29 years old;

REGISTRATION AND GENERAL CONDITIONS

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION – 20 APRIL 2018, after this date applications will be accepted only at the discretion of the organizers.

THE REGISTRATION for participation in the festival MUST INCLUDE:

• Fully-filled application form with detailed list with the dates of birth and the passport data of the participants and the accompanying persons coming to the Festival.
• Brief artistic biography, two photos, audio and video materials, demonstrating the artistic level of the candidates.
• A signed declaration which they grant the rights on the AUDIO and VIDEO recordings for the aims of the festival with.
• 30 days before the start of the festival instrumentals or accompanying music of performances must be sent.
• All materials have to be sent by e - mail: iaa@abv.bg with subject «MAGIA ITALIANA»

Leaders of the groups are responsible for the life, the health and the behavior of the group members during their stay in the festival, and also for the costumes, stage properties and the belongings. Participants and accompanying persons must have Health insurance.

• Discounts for participation in the international art festivals organized by Art Center Karnolsky – “Magia Italiana”, “We ХХI-^st Century”, “Orpheus in Italy“ and others.
• Invitations for participation in international festivals and competitions in Italy, Spain, Poland, Bulgaria, Romania, Lithuania, Macedonia, Serbia, Switzerland and many others.

*The members of the Jury and the organizers reserve the right to judge who will participate in GALA concert and what kind of performances will be presented.

FINANCIAL CONDITIONS

286 € FOR A CHILD /up to 16 years old*/

303 € FOR AN ADULT

*Those, who had turned 16 years until the beginning of the festival

/born before 30.06.2002/ are considered as adults.

THE PRICE IS FOR ONE PERSON AND IT INCLUDES:

• ACCOMMODATION - 6 nights staying in hotel rooms with 3 or 4 beds and private bathroom.

FEEDING FB - 3 times a day /breakfast, lunch and dinner/.

• FREE ENTRANCE in park "Mirabilandia" for two consecutive days.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS for groups consisting of more than 25 persons - 26-th /the leader/ will be accommodated for free and the 27-th and 28-th persons will be accomodated at prices for children up to 16 years old.

ADDITIONAL DISCOUNT: IF YOU APPLY FOR THE FESTIVAL AND PAY 40 EURO FOR EACH PERSON BEFORE 20.12.2017 YOU WILL GET 5% DISCOUNT.

EXTRA PAYMENT:

Extra night (before 06.07.2018): 43 EURO per person per day;

Extra night (after 06.07.2018): 56 EURO per person per day;

Single room: 25 EURO per room per day;

Double room: 18 EURO per room per day;

N.B.!!!The price does not include the tourist tax of 1,50 € per night per person. The amount is paid directly to the hotel upon check in. The tourist tax is paid by everyone who is or above 13 years old.

PARTICIPATION FEES

Soloists – 60 Euro per person.

Small formations: Duet – 60 Euro; Trio – 75 Euro

Formations / 4 -8 persons/ - 100 Euro per formation.

Formations /9 -15 persons / - 150 Euro per formation.

Formations /16-20 persons / - 200 Euro per formation

Formations more than 20 persons – 230 Euro per formation.

!!! The participants who are not accomodating with us must pay additionally 50 % of the participation fee.

!!! Together with the first advance payment it is necessary to send us list with full name, date of birth and passport detailes of all participants and accompanying persons coming to the festival.

· till 15.05.2018 - 60% of the calculated sum

As confirmation of the bank transfer, send us a scanned copy of the bank document with the name of the participant and text “Magia Italiana” to the following e-mail: iaa@abv.bg

NB: The advanced payment of 40% of the amount serves like a reservation in the hotels and it is not refundable in case the participant is not able to come to the festival, owing to circumstances beyond organizers’ control.

TRANSPORT

Every participant should take care of the transport to the places of accommodation and back, to the places of festival activities /parades, concerts and others/ and back. The Organizers can provide transport for the groups coming by plane by picking them from airport, during the festival days and back to the same airport. The cost of the transportation will be covered by the group and will be additionally discussed according to their number.
