Character created from moodboard, created sketch first and had it approved, made skin from sketch.
Multiple layers used to give both depth and the ability to remove certain layers in game to reveal hidden details below mask/gloves.
Character has no legs, which makes it somewhat difficult to translate to minecraft skin.Â
Tail splits apart while in motion in-game, but looks great while standing still. The colors used around the tail that aren't meant to be seen are chosen specifically to blend in best during these scenarios.
Character has an objecthead not easily translatable to minecraft- this is what I did with it. Character does have a reference sheet that I used to make the skin, but I don't use other people's art on my site, so note the character example is a joke and a sketch.
Character owner chose to change a few details, namely the colors of the eyes, after completion, which is fine with me.
Character is an outfit edit of an existing skin (which I also made, as it is my main minecraft character.)
Is actually two separate skins, one is a clean and complete wedding dress, and this is the result after there was an explosion, including burnt/ripped fabric, wilted flower crown, and burn scars across the body.
Another character with an atypical body shape for minecraft, this was my solution this time.
Character skin features both Glare and Creeper textures to communicate the characters species.
