I reserve the right to deny any commission at any time for any reason.

I Can/Reserve the Right To...

• Use your commissioned art as an example wherever I like. I own all rights to the image/art.

• Place my watermark wherever I like

• Stop a commission in the middle of drawing for any reason (you will be refunded)

• Ask you to take down any image of mine you post without proper credit

• Not refund you past the approval of the sketch if you violate any of these agreements or insult/harass me. I have the right to a safe and polite transaction as much as you do.

You Can/Reserve the Right To...

• Request a total refund up until the sketch is complete/approved, no later.

  • This term does not apply to sketch-only commissions. In this case, you have until I start on the commission, no later, to request a refund.

• Request a progress update at any time

• Request to change anything about the piece as I am drawing it given that it does not increase the price

• Request to change anything about the piece as I am drawing it if you pay the price the change will create

• Display my art on external sites as long as you credit/link back to me

• Use my art freely for personal use, such as your desktop wallpaper, your icon, or avatar

• Freely share your thoughts/opinions about your experience with me publicly

You CANNOT...

• Use my art without permission, including any in-progress work I show you

• Claim my art as yours

• Trace my art 

• Change, edit, or modify my artwork without my permission

• Remove my watermark

• Use my artwork for NFT or AI learning purposes. I expressly do not consent to this.

• Sell my art for any reason or use it on any product of yours.

• Request a refund for any reason after the piece is finished.

I CANNOT...

• Stop a commission fully without refunding you

• Accept payments outside of USD. You are responsible for conversion rates.

• Take over 6 months to complete a commission once payment has been received unless the size of the project was agreed upon beforehand. Ideally, most projects will be completed within 2 weeks of starting. If I suspect you are purposefully avoiding giving feedback to prolong the time I spend on a project, I will continue without your feedback or stop the commission.

Payment must be made in full to me prior to the start of the commission via Ko-Fi, Paypal/Venmo,* or Zelle.

*Paypal takes a cut from any transaction. You are the responsible party for paying that cut, and must pay so that I receive the full amount agreed upon.
