2011 - ALEXANDRIA, Va. – Clark Design/Build and Shirley Contracting Company have been awarded a $695 million contract to lead the design-build of the Department of Defense’s BRAC 133 Project at Mark Center in Alexandria, Va.
2009- WHS BRAC 133 - Work on the DoD/BRAC 133 site began in December 2008 and will be substantially complete by mid-September 2011, to meet BRAC law..
