Artists create work based on observation. What is a neighborhood? What do we see in our neighborhoods? What do we imagine as we see our neighborhoods? Using our knowledge of line, color, and shape, we create works of art thinking about "neighborhood".

In order to make art, we need to understand the fundamental elements of art. In TK, we made as many lines as we could imagine: thick, thin, straight, horizontal, vertical, zigzag, dotted lines, wavy, and more!
