The fourth meeting of our students took place in "Adolf Reichwein Gymnasium" in Heusenstamm, Germany, from 27th November to 1st December 2017. During the meeting, the students had the chance to get to know each other and take part in different activities, working and having fun at the same time. They also had the opportunity to learn about the civilization of the country and German people.
The Greek team in this activity consisted of 3 teachers and 5 students:
The activities involved:
Eirini: This trip was a new and completely different experience for me. I had the opportunity to meet people from other countries and I am grateful for that. We managed to get close with each other despite our differences. Moreover, I think it’s important that I learnt and experienced a different lifestyle. I’m gonna miss everyone from the program, Germany and all these activities. I wish it could last longer and I hope to live something similar in the future!
Anna: Without second thoughts I can say that it was one of the most wonderful, unforgettable and fantastic experiences in my life. If I could relive all the things that happened during this week at the push of a button, I would do it. Indeed, I believe that every kid should have this opportunity – to live these moments, to meet incredible people.
Nefeli: Visiting Germany with the Erasmus+ was one of the greatest experiences I’ve ever had. I loved the fact that I became a friend with so many people from so many different countries. Even though there were cultural differences between us, everyone completed everyone. I really felt like I was a member of a big international loving family. During my stay in Frankfurt, there was a big range of emotions, anger, sadness, I felt nostalgic for home, anxiety. But in the end there was always happiness and the feeling that I have gained something new. I’m thankful for the memories Erasmus gave me. <3
Can’t wait to see you in Greece! <3
Vassiliki: Travelling is the only thing you can buy but makes you richer. Our journey to Germany with Erasmus+ program was one of the most unforgettable and wonderful experiences I’ve ever had. All the places we visited were so beautiful. We also made new friends, so goodbye was really hard but we will keep in touch with them. And we hope they can come to Greece during summer. I’m so happy about the memories I have from this trip.
Alex: The trip to Germany was a life experience. We had a great time and met kids from other countries which we would not have had the chance to do without this project. We made friends and developed strong relationships. It was a week full of fun and nice moments which we will always remember.
