Hayao Miyazaki's films sparked a love of the art form for me back when I was only 15 years old (I'm much older now). Spirited Away was the first film I saw, and I quickly went and purchased every single one of the Studio Ghibli Films. No links to his personal website or anything, but I'm sure you all can find his stuff easily enough.
