Hello, guys! When the pandemic has been a little bit relieved in Hawaii, some restaurants are starting to reopen. Over the weekend, I visited the JEJUBING DESSERT CAFE in Ala Moana Shopping Center. The cafe opened in August, 2020 and serves Korean Shaved Ice.

This is "Kinako" in Japanese, and it is a popular shaved ice. It is also known as "snow ice".
It is fluffy and sooo tasty!
I ate injeolmi for the first time, but it was sooo great! I recommend this shaved ice for guys.

There are not only shaved ices, but also toasts and smoothies in the cafe'. My favorite taste is green tea. The toast is very interesting because a rice cake is put between two slices of toast. The rice cake is stretchy, long and so good!
