We are a team dedicated to making Mindfulness practices and the principles of I-Ching (Chinese Metaphysics) practical and relevant for today’s fast-paced world. With backgrounds in science and engineering, we approach Mindfulness and I-Ching with both analytical understanding and heartfelt intention.

At the core of our work is the integration of I-Ching and Mindfulness. I-Ching is an ancient wisdom that is deeply rooted in Chinese culture; while Mindfulness helps us to meet each moment with awareness and acceptance. Together, they offer a grounded framework for navigating change, understanding ourselves, and seeing life with greater clarity. 

Through our sessions, we’ve guided individuals and professionals to gain clarity, navigate life transitions, and reconnect with their true potential.

We offer mindfulness-based programs that are built on scientific researches; and I-Ching consultations individually or as a combination.
