Life can feel like a constant rush with deadlines, choices, expectations. In the midst of all, many people lose sight of what truly matters or where they’re heading. That’s where Master Mikel Goh steps in.
Since 2021, Mikel has been guiding young professionals and individuals to find clarity, confidence, and direction using the timeless wisdom of the I-Ching. Through his readings and mentorship, he helps people make wiser decisions, overcome uncertainty, and rediscover balance in work and life.
Before metaphysics, Mikel built his career as a Programme Manager in the corporate world, leading teams and navigating high-pressure environments. He understands what it is like to feel stuck, disconnected, or overwhelmed; and how self-awareness and inner balance can transform everything.
Trained under a traditional lineage of I-Ching Masters, Mikel draws upon deep classical knowledge to develop practical, accessible ways for today's generation to benefit from this ancient art.
With over twelve years of meditation practice, Mikel brings calm presence and deep awareness into every session. His approach blends ancient metaphysics with modern practicality, by showing how I-Ching can be applied to real-world challenges like career changes, stress management, and personal growth.
Founded on his meditation experiences, he developed Nature's Meditation (自然静坐), which are simple practices that distills complex I-Ching principles into clear, actionable steps to achieve steadiness, awareness, and gratitude in our modern life. He is the author for Nature's Meditation and Philosophy.
Mikel holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, an Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP), a Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Mental Wellness Coach and Facilitator. He is currently undergoing a 1-year training to achieve his Certified Mindfulness Teacher - Professional Level (CMT-P).
