Research experience

• 2021-present: PostDoc Position in Ecological Modelling. Modelling European forest genetic conservation units (GCU) resilience to climatic risks, to estimate forest vulnerability.  Inside the FORGENIUS project. Unité de Recherches Écologie des Forêts Méditerranéennes (URFM), French National Institute for Agriculture, Food, and Environment (INRAE), Avignon, France. Supervised by Hendrik Davi and Nicolas Martin.

• 2018-2019: PostDoc Position in Climate Sciences. Modeling of agricultural pratices, and in particular different irrigation techniques, within the ISBA Land Surface Model. Monitoring land surface variables using data assimilation (LDAS-MONDE). Centre National de Recherches Météorologiques (CNRM) · Meso-scale modeling group (GMME) · team Vegetation, water, geophysics (VEGEO). Supervised by Clement Albergel (CNRM).

• 2013-2017: PhD Student in Climate Science. Modelling of the boreal vegetation dynamics in the context of polar amplification of past and future climate change. • 2013: Research engineer in Climate Science. Modelling of the vegetation dynamics. Improvement of the Dynamic Global Vegetation Model (DGVM) in ORCHIDEE land surface model, and its installation on CIMENT (University cluster). • 2012: Research engineer in Ecology. Numerous missions on phenology, biomass and morphology of invasive species in Western France, including: statistical analyses, writing of final reports of activities, creation of GIS maps, elaboration of an ArcGis tutorial. • 2011: Internship (Master 2 degree) in Ecology. Jussie colonization of temporarily flooded environments in Brière (Brittany), impacts on flora and assessment of the main interactions with the Louisiana crayfish and the Coypu, with the purpose of its management. Institut National de la Recherche Agronomique (INRA) of Rennes - UMR 985 Ecologie et Santé des Ecosystèmes (Rennes, France). 

• 2009-2010, Internship (Master 1 degree) in Ecology. Invasion of Elodea canadensis in Kuusamo district causes, consequences and mitigation measures. Finnish Environment Institute (SYKE, Oulu Office, Finland). 

Supervision - Teaching experience

• 2017-2018: Teaching - Saint François de Sales secondary school, Chambéry, France  (4 months, full time): Mathematics (students 11 to 14 years old)

• 2015:  Supervision of a 3rd year bachelor intern of the University Joseph Fourier - UFR PhITEM (physique, ingénierie, Terre, environnement, mécanique), Grenoble (2 months): Introduction and analysis of land surface model parameterisation.

• 2013–2017: PhD complementary teaching mission to bachelor & MSc students - University Joseph Fourier - UFR Biologie (LECA), Grenoble (250h):  Biology, Ecology, Functional Ecology, Population genetics, Animal & Vegetal Biology.

• 2011: Supervision of student groups of the Agrocampus Ouest engineering school - Ecosystem Ecology and Health Unit (ESE), Rennes (2 months): Thematic classes on invasive species.

• 2011: Supervision of 3 second-year master interns and a technician for field experiments -  Agrocampus Ouest engineering school - Ecosystem Ecology and Health Unit (ESE), Rennes (10 months): Invasives species in french  brittany (mainly Ludwigia grandiflora and Reynoutria japonica).
