By downloading, installing or playing Arrows & Words ("the Game"), on Android or on the web, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy (https://sites.google.com/view/arrowswords). If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
The Game is intended for players aged 13 and over. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you confirm that a parent or guardian allows you to use the Game.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Game for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, resell or redistribute the Game or its levels, word lists, artwork or audio, except where the law allows it despite this restriction.
Coins, boosters, hints and similar items are virtual items with no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for money or transferred between players or accounts, and they have no value outside the Game. We may adjust prices, rewards and balance to keep the Game fair and fun. If you uninstall the Game or clear its data, your local progress and items may be lost, unless you have signed in to Google Play Games, which can restore saved progress.
The Game is free and supported by ads, including optional rewarded ads that you can choose to watch in exchange for in-game rewards. Ads are provided by third-party networks. How ads use your data, and how to change your choices, is explained in the Privacy Policy and in Settings > Ad Privacy where it applies.
You agree not to cheat, tamper with the Game or its saved data, use bots or automation to gain rewards, exploit bugs for advantage, interfere with ads or reward systems, or attack the Game's services or other players' experience. We may restrict or remove features, rewards or leaderboard entries that result from misuse.
The Game may use third-party services such as Google Play Games Services, Google Play, advertising networks and (on the web) CrazyGames. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.
The Game, including its name, design, levels, code, artwork and audio, belongs to Ignis Hungry Games or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
We may update, change, suspend or discontinue the Game or any feature at any time. Some updates may be required to keep playing. We do not guarantee that the Game will be uninterrupted or error free.
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
To the extent permitted by law, Ignis Hungry Games is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, progress or virtual items, arising from your use of the Game. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You may stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the Game after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
