Arrow Massage Therapy was founded by Lex Wakely in 2025. She has been a PA Licensed Massage Therapist for the past 10 years and is now Nationally Certified as an Equine Massage Therapist. Lex attended McCann School of Business and Technology for a 900 hour training program in 2014, followed by graduation and licensure to work with humans in 2015. She has a unique therapeutic approach and uses a blend of modalities to help individuals who suffer from chronic pain and more. The modalities in which she specializes in are Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release and Trigger Point Therapy. She also excels in Craniosacral, Reflexology, Hot Stone, Lymphatic Drainage, Table Thai and Prenatal.Â

While Lex thoroughly enjoys working with humans, working with horses has always been her dream. So in 2024, she buckled down and was determined to make that a reality. She attended a 210 hour certification program at Delaware Valley University, where she absolutely thrived. Lex is incredibly passionate about her career in massage therapy and enjoys helping both people and animals to feel their best.

In addition to horses, she would love to work with dogs in the future. She is interested in volunteering her time to rehabilitate neglected and abused animals in shelters to better their chances at finding a loving home and family.

Each client is unique and their treatment should reflect specific needs, preferences and goals. This is why we tailor each session to foster a more effective and personalized therapeutic experience.
Through personal experience, Lex found how incredibly beneficial massage therapy can be to decrease a wide variety of symptoms that often accompany chronic pain such as anxiety, depression, insomnia, fatigue and more. Not only has it helped her to overcome many obstacles of her own, but now she gets to share her gift with others to feel amazing, too.
Aside from massage therapy, Lex also enjoys spending time with her family, friends and her dogs, being outdoors, listening to music, laughing and attending her son's football games.
