My name is Allen Taylor, founder of 545 Innovations LLC.

I didn't start my journey in software. I started in the field—working in landscaping, property maintenance, and operations management. Over the years, I watched good employees get overlooked, hard work go undocumented, and valuable knowledge disappear when experienced workers moved on.

While effort was never the issue, visibility certainly was.

Teams were being measured by numbers that rarely told the full story. Managers spent countless hours trying to track progress, train employees, document work, and communicate expectations. Workers often had no way to prove the quality of what they accomplished each day.

I began building simple systems to solve these problems. What started as spreadsheets, notes, and process improvements evolved into a collection of tools designed to help businesses document work, improve accountability, and protect the people performing the job.

That effort became 545 Innovations LLC.

The U-Build platform was created around a simple belief: *"technology should support people, not replace them." Every project workflow and system we develop is designed to streamline information comprehension, simplify training delivery, optimize performance documentation.

Today, U-Build serves as a foundation for developing practical solutions across multiple industries, including field operations, workforce management, inspections, training, and cannabis education platforms. Whether the goal is helping a business improve efficiency or helping employees receive proper recognition for their work, the mission remains the same.
