ECS Performing Arts

Hi! I am Analiese Hamm, the director of ECS Performing Arts at Echols County Schools. My love for theatre and working with students has enabled me to explore my love for the visual arts. I am the director of all of our shows, but my favorite part of a production by far is the spectacle!  I love sewing, painting, sculpting, [I even dabble in playwrighting and composing] ... I am one hot mess of creativity. Thank you for joining me as I share with you my journey in discovering so many artistic mediums that are perfect for the stage. My favorite medium so far ... you guessed it ... papier-mâché! 

I mean, when a girl loves online shopping as much as I do, you have plenty of cardboard boxes laying around. And when I discovered a way to repurpose those boxes, I was hooked for life! 

Breaking legs, taking names, ...and saving trees too.

Also, I am a mom of two sons who love playing "dress up." I'd say, we take costuming a bit more serious than the average family at our house.
