Arran is a DIT Trainee (Digital Image Technician) for the TV mini-series 'Mr Bates vs The Post Office'. 

Story: One of the greatest miscarriages of justice in British legal history where hundreds of innocent sub-postmasters and postmistresses were wrongly accused of theft, fraud and false accounting due to a defective IT system.

The National Film and Television School (NFTS) have developed a new short film incubator, Star Imagine UK, to help springboard underrepresented filmmakers on the cusp of their careers, and amplify the scale and ambition of their work both culturally and creatively. The six teams chosen have created uniquely personal stories centred on the theme of ‘Evolve’. Debuted at the BFI in 2023 as part of the Official Selection at the London Film Festival 

Arran worked as a spark on two of these short films. 

Arran was a  assistant to the Location Manager and the Head Gaffer on Netflix's Period Drama, ‘Bridgeton’ in the summer of  2019 at RAF Halton in Aylesbury. He worked on 6 of the 8 episodes of Season 1 which was released on December 25th 2020.

Location manager's assistant: Responsibilities include: checking in the cast and the film crew, setting up catering, help the prop department take down paintings, removing ornaments and rugs, and returning all items to their original position at the end of the shoot. Foot traffic management of cast and crew. 

Spark: Responsible for carrying lights, cables, and stands to be set up.
