Arran has completed his final year as a Film Production student at the University of Gloucestershire who graduated in June 2021 with a 2:1 in BA (Hons) Film Production.  Arran lives just outside Oxford and has work experience from several TV shows and short films, including the Netflix period drama Bridgerton and the ITV mini-series Mr Bates v The Post Office. He is has worked at the  National Film and Television School as a Prime Video Craft Academy Graduate. He has worked on two upcoming Disney Imagine Shorts with the NFTS (debuted at BFI LFF 2023) and a graduation film at the NFTS. 

He has various movies that inspire him as a filmmaker: The Thing 1982, Memories of Murder 2003, The Florida Project 2017, The Nice Guys 2016 and Toy Story 2 1999
