Other achievements and activities
Delivered an invited talk on the topic “Large language models - past, present and future” as a Motivated Speaker in the five days Faculty Development Program on “Research Methodology on Machine Learning and Data Science” held during 10th July, 2023 to 14th July, 2023, organized by Department of CSE (DS), CSE (AI&ML) and AI&DS, B V Raju Institute of Technology, Narsapur, Telangana, India..
My postdoctoral research at The University of Southampton is funded by the UK Research and Innovation (UKRI) and the project is titled ProTechThem2.0, which is directed towards the reduction of Sharenting on social media.
My PhD was funded by MeitY (Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, Govt. of India) under the Visvesvaraya PhD Scheme for Electronics & IT
Co-organized a Workshop titled – “Deep Learning and its usability through Hardware Interactions” in our department during my PhD tenure. (June 2019).
Co-organized the 1st International Conference on Computational Intelligence in Pattern Recognition (CIPR) at our institution IIEST, Shibpur.
Held and supervised a workshop track at The 9th meeting of Forum for Information Retrieval Evaluation (FIRE 2017) titled – “Information Retrieval from Legal Documents” held at IISc Bangalore.
Implemented a practical small scale application of Deep Learning for handwritten digit recognition. (Submitted as M.Tech final year project in the year 2016).
Simulated a small scale "Multi layered feed-forward Neural Network". And, successfully checked its properties in M.Tech.( Year-2014)
Designed a novel hybrid Evolutionary Algorithm GAPSOTS for Optimization of multi-modal functions. Also, tested the devised algorithm with a number of benchmark functions, and found to give better performance than the famous PSO algorithm in cases.(Submitted as M.Sc final semester project dissertation in the year 2014)
Developed an application for business standard encrypt/decrypt data using the DES, AES, and 3-DES algorithms in M.Sc.(Year-2013)
Designed and developed an practical implementation of the "Simulated Annealing" optimization technique as B.Sc(Hons.) final year project.(Year-2012)
