ARoHaN Lab — Compound Extractor 

Introducing a small tool that's already saving our team real time: the ARoHaN Lab Compound Extractor.

Instead of looking up compounds one at a time, it takes a spreadsheet of compound names, CAS numbers, or InChIKeys and automatically retrieves:

🧬 Batch 3D SDF files from PubChem 🔬 IUPAC names, canonical SMILES, and PubChem CIDs 📄 A ready-to-use Excel workbook, landscape Word report, and CSV — all in one export

Built for the day-to-day of natural-product and drug-discovery research, where pulling structural data for dozens (or hundreds) of compounds by hand is one of the most tedious parts of the job.

Developed in-house at the ARoHaN Lab (Advance Research on Herbals and Naturals Lab), Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences & Technology, BIT Mesra.
