I am a postdoc in the Nonlinear Algebra Group at the Max Planck Institute for Mathematics in the Sciences in Leipzig, where my mentor is Bernd Sturmfels.
I received my PhD in May 2026 under supervision of Martin Ulirsch at the University of Paderborn. I began my PhD at Goethe University Frankfurt in July 2022 and moved to Paderborn when Martin took up a position there. Before that, I completed my Bachelor's and Master's degrees in mathematics at the University of Heidelberg, where I wrote my Master's thesis under the supervision of Luca Battistella.

My research interests are in algebraic geometry and combinatorics, with a particular focus on tropical and non-Archimedean geometry, matroids and buildings, tropical linear spaces and principal bundles on tropical curves, as well as on positive geometry and combinatorial methods in the theory of chemical reaction networks.
