I am a PhD student in mathematics at Paderborn University since April 2025. I began my PhD at Goethe University Frankfurt in July 2022 and moved to Paderborn when my supervisor, Martin Ulirsch, took up a position there.
Before that, I completed my Bachelor's and Master's degrees in mathematics at the University of Heidelberg, where I wrote my Master's thesis under the supervision of Luca Battistella.

My research interests lie in tropical geometry and its connections to algebraic and non-Archimedean geometry. In particular, I study tropical linear spaces, matroids, and buildings—both in the classical and in the real (signed) tropical settings. I am also interested in bands and band schemes, as well as in the tropical geometry of G-bundles on curves.
