Angelic Doctor

The Doctor Angélique Institute is a private institute of philosophy and Catholic theology.

This Institute aims to offer a solid and complete formation in the light of the Holy Council Vatican II and St. Thomas Aquinas.

Given entirely by correspondence, it is practical and cheap, suitable for all Francophones. It issues a certificate of study of the Institute equivalent to two years of philosophy and two years of Catholic theology. The courses are free and provided by Internet (list of courses). The exams (organized for 100 euros per year depending on the possibilities) are oral and are supported by skype or telephone. Written assignments are sent by email.

You will find on this site the complete works of St. Thomas Aquinas in French.

Accessing St. Thomas Aquinas is not easy for a beginner. We urge you to start with an Aristotelian philosophical formation. The best seems to us to be that of Father Marie-Dominique Philippe op.
