Requirements: No requirements needed, but better to have your ID.

Services available on site: Victor Valley Rescue Mission operates the warming center at the fairgrounds. Separately they also offer many different services during the weekday including coffee and pastry in the morning, hygiene kits, food pantry, and clothing. Admission Procedures: By appointment only. Any agency can send a letter verifying homelessness ahead of time to receive an appointment. Once you have an appointment you will be interviewed on site by the case manager at CCLM for admission. You are only allowed to stay max 90 days. Can email a letter to the case manager at snibo@lsssc.org. Call after letter is sent to confirm they received it.
Requirements: No sex offenders, No Arson, No Walker, No Wheelchair, have to be independent.
Population served: Adult Males Only.
Services available on site: Case manager meetings weekly, blankets, hygiene kit, dinner, breakfast, showers.

Admission Procedures: Must have an ID and SSN. Must pass a drug test on site. If on PSYCH meds must go with them. Call first to check if there is a bed available. Will complete a background check over phone first and will conditionally be accepted over phone but still need to pass drug screen and interview once arrive on site.
Requirements: No sex offender, No DV, No violent crimes. Must be independent. Walker, Wheelchair, Cane, Oxygen okay as long as independent and need no assistance.

Services available on site: Street showers available to anyone off street. Hygiene items, clothing closet, and food available. Can accommodate up to 55 beds.

Expected to be mobile, volunteering or involved looking for work at the shelter.

Admission Procedures: This is a voluntary mental health program for ages 18-25year old who are in an active mental health crisis. Call number to complete an intake phone screening and then come in for an appointment. Patients require 24/7 supervision but do not meet criteria for a BHU admission. Maximum stay is 90days. DME is allowed on a case by case basis. Need SB COUNTY medi-cal or be willing to transition over to SB County Medi-Cal from another County.
Requirements: meet age criteria and be in an active mental health crisis.

Services available on site: individual & group counseling, psychiatry, connects TAY to housing, education, vocational, healthcare, and other resources.

Admission Procedures: This is a faith based Men's only working home where residents will be required to work in community, attend bible study, and AA/NA meetings. Residents will need to be ambulatory so they can go out and work as available. Call and complete pre-screening via phone first. Residents are housed 2-3 people per room. Able to stay 6mos -1 year.
Requirements: Need to physically be able to work. No wheelchair. Mental Illness or medical condition cannot affect abilities to work in community.

Encouraged to attend outpatient substance abuse programs for recovery. Program through DBH. No children able to be housed. Undocumented persons able on a case by case basis. Typically a 90 day max stay in their housing.

Homeless Outreach Support Team (HOST)
Homeless Outreach Support Team (HOST) provides outreach and engagement services to individuals and their families in an effort to obtain permanent supportive housing. Wrap around services are provided by case managers to assist the individuals to maintain housing and become resilient in the community. Services include outreach, intensive case management, advocacy, and empowerment for self-sufficiency, as well as linkage and referrals. HOST collaborates with the Sheriff's Homeless Outreach Proactive Enforcement (HOPE) team to conduct outreach events, go out into the field, and engage the most difficult and hard to reach clients.
