ARK may collect information you provide when creating or using an account, including name, email address, phone number, store name, store address, business details, products, stock records, sales, bills, expenses, debts, loans, reports, and other business data entered into the app.

We may also collect device-related information needed for app functionality, such as push notification tokens.

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information to provide and operate the app, including account management, authentication, data sync, stock management, sales and billing, reports, debt and loan tracking, receipt printing, notifications, security, and customer support.

We do not use your data for third-party advertising or ad tracking.

3. Firebase and Third-Party Services

ARK uses Firebase services, including Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, and Cloud Functions. These services help provide login, secure data storage, synchronization, server functions, and push notifications.

Firebase may process data as necessary to provide these services.

4. Camera, Bluetooth, Location, and Notifications

ARK may request camera permission for barcode scanning.

ARK may request Bluetooth permission to connect to supported receipt printers.

ARK may request location permission only when required by the operating system to discover nearby Bluetooth devices.

ARK may request notification permission to send important app, account, or subscription-related notifications.

5. Data Storage and Security

User data is stored using Firebase services and protected through technical and organizational safeguards. While we work to protect your information, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell user data. We do not share user data with advertising networks or data brokers.

Data may be disclosed only if required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the security and integrity of the Service.

7. Account Deletion

Users can request account deletion from inside the app by going to:

Settings > Account > Account deletion

Users must confirm their password before scheduling deletion. Account deletion is scheduled for 60 days. During this period, users may cancel the deletion request. If the request is not cancelled, the account and related data will be deleted after the 60-day period.

8. Children’s Privacy

ARK is not designed for children and is intended for business use. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. User Rights

Users may contact us to request support, correction, access, or deletion of their data, subject to applicable laws and account verification.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
