ARK provides users with a way to request deletion of their account and associated data.
This page is the official web-based method for requesting full account deletion and deletion of the data associated with your ARK account.
To request deletion of your ARK account and associated data, please contact us using the support method below:

Please include the following information in your request:
Your registered email address
Your registered phone number
Your store name, if applicable
Any other information needed to help us verify that you are the account owner
We may ask you to complete a verification step before processing your request in order to protect your account and data.
If your request is verified and approved, we will delete your ARK account and the data associated with it from our active systems.
This includes, as applicable:
Account profile information
Store profile information
Inventory and product records
Stock history and stock adjustments
Sales, bills, returns, and exchanges
Expense records
Customer credit, loans, and repayment records
Supplier balance or debt records
Notifications and synced business records
Other data associated with your use of the app
As part of our backup and disaster recovery policy, deleted account data may remain in secure backup systems for up to 90 days after the deletion request is completed.
During this backup retention period:
the deleted data is not available for normal app use
the deleted account remains deleted from active systems
backup copies are retained only for security, integrity, and disaster recovery purposes
If backup data is not required for a verified restoration event during that retention period, it will be permanently deleted or overwritten after the 90-day backup retention period.
At this time, ARK does not provide a separate process to delete individual categories of app data without deleting the account. To remove the full account and associated data, you must submit a full account deletion request.
We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days of successful identity verification.

If you create an account in ARK, you may request deletion of your account and the data associated with it.
Users can request account deletion through the deletion method provided by ARK. The web-based deletion request page is the official external method for requesting full account deletion and deletion of associated data.
When we process a verified account deletion request, we delete the user’s account and associated data from our active systems. This may include:
account and profile information
store information
inventory and stock records
sales, bills, returns, and exchanges
expenses
customer credit, loan, and repayment records
supplier balance or debt records
notifications and synced business records
other account-related usage data associated with the app
At this time, we do not offer a separate process for deleting individual categories of data without deleting the account. Users who want all associated data removed should submit a full account deletion request.
Backup retention
As part of our backup and disaster recovery policy, deleted data may remain in secure backup systems for up to 90 days after deletion from active systems.

the deleted account remains removed from active systems
the retained backup data is not used for normal business operations
access to backup copies is limited to security, integrity, and disaster recovery purposes
