Important information
Please note that our conference registration fees have changed with respect to the last nine years. As ours is a graduate student-run conference, we aim to keep the registration cost manageable for students. This year, registration cost reflects the price of accommodations, airfare, the conference dinner, and other operative costs of running a conference. Please note that the Day Pass does not include the Saturday night conference reception, while the Full Weekend Pass does include the Saturday reception.
*Conference breakfast is a fruit/donut breakfast
*Saturday dinner at the conference reception will be a taco bar at a nearby restaurant. Soft drinks will be included. There will be vegetarian and vegan options available.

Registration rates are as follows:
Regular rate
$ 35, Full weekend pass
*No Day Pass available
Graduate student rate
$ 15, Full Weekend Pass (includes conference reception)
$ 10, Day Pass (does not include conference reception)
*Volunteers get $5 off from the full weekend pass
* Conference reception costs an extra $7 for people who purchase a Day pass
Undergraduate student rate
$ 5, Full Weekend Pass
$ 2, Day Pass
*Volunteers get a free full weekend pass
* No extra costs associated with the conference reception for undergraduates with a full weekend or Day Pass
