Where is the conference being held?
The 2026 Conference will be held at the Central Arizona College – Superstition Mountain Campus at 805 S. Idaho Rd., Apache Junction, AZ 85138
Who can attend the conference?
Membership is open to any individual who conducts institutional research or related functions. It is also open to those individuals who are interested in institutional research.
What is the cost of the Conference registration?
Two-day event: Wednesday, April 8, 2026, and Thursday, April 9, 2026
Early Registration Rate: $115.00 (ends March 13, 2026 at 11:59 PM)
General Registration Rate: $125.00 (From March 14, 2026, at 12:00 AM to March 27, 2026, at 11:59 PM)
Late Registration Rate: $135.00 (Begins on March 28, 2026, at 12:00 AM)
Registrations received after March 13, 2026 may have limited meal options due to catering deadlines.
Are meals provided?
Yes. Meals included with registration:
Day 1: Morning Snack and Lunch
Day 2: Breakfast and Lunch
How do I register for the conference?

Can I register a group of people from my office?
Yes! You can register multiple individuals in one transaction. All fees will be charged to the first registrant. Only one payment method can be used per group registration.
What are the Payment Options?
When finalizing registration, you will see three payment options.
1) QUIKPAY (for Credit Card payments)
To pay by credit card, select the QuikPay option. When you select the "Make Payment" link, you will be taken to the QuikPay website to pay your fees. Once the transaction is complete, you will be returned to your registration.

Cancellations: Refunds are available for cancellations made on or before March 24, 2026. Cancellations received after March 25, 2026 are not eligible for a refund.
Transfers: Registrations may be transferred to another individual. Transfers must be completed by April 3, 2026.
To request a transfer, please contact marnie.girard@asu.edu.
No-shows: Registrants who do not attend and do not cancel in advance are not eligible for a refund.
The AzAIR Executive Team is actively working to secure the best possible lodging rate for conference attendees. Hotel details and reservation information will be shared as soon as the conference hotel has been finalized.

AzAIR has arranged a courtesy room block. Staying at the conference hotel makes it easier to connect with fellow attendees and simplifies your commute.
There’s no financial obligation to AzAIR for unused rooms, but booking within the block helps support future event planning.
