We are thrilled to announce that our keynote presentation will be delivered by Dr. Jamie Kruse, Distinguished Professor of Economics at East Carolina University (Emeritus). She serves as the Co-director of the Center for Risk-based Community Resilience Planning (HQ Colorado State University); the Associate Director of Project IN-CORE (a nonprofit fiscally sponsored by Community Initiatives, Oakland, CA); and the Founding Director of the Center for Natural Hazards Research.
