Attendees must book your own hotel room (see below).
We anticipate most will check in on April 9 and check out on April 10. (If travel needs require it, you can check in on April 8.)
Space is limited! Book early. Students are encouraged to share rooms.
NOTE: Only attendees traveling >60 miles to the symposium will be reimbursed for a hotel.

We have a block of 40 rooms reserved at The Oread Lawrence, Tapestry Collection by Hilton.

You will need to provide a credit card number to book a room.
Save your receipt for reimbursement.
*Please reserve your room by March 6.
After this date, the group room block will be released to the general public. Book early; space is limited.
