Short Biography

This is Ariful Haque. I am from a small South-Asian country named Bangladesh. I completed my bachelor's degree in Naval Architecture and Offshore Engineering from Bangladesh Maritime University formerly known as Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Maritime University, Bangladesh in December 2023. I'm excited to learn more about maritime-related fields. In addition, I'd like to gain additional experience to broaden my knowledge. I like being a motivated individual and team player with people from all backgrounds, which helps me develop my leadership skills. The most important skill that I've acquired from undergrad is the ability to learn, understand, and grasp new things quickly. Work that I find interesting, encourages me to learn and requires me to get involved. The knowledge that I have gained from my undergrad in Naval Architecture and Offshore Engineering gives me a good understanding of important basic concepts that I can apply to learn and do new things that are more complex.

I found my research interest when I started my undergraduate thesis, and since then, it has grown. My research interests include Finite Element Analysis (FEA), Structural Mechanics, Fluid Mechanics, Risk Analysis and Safety Management. Enthusiastic for innovation, and research.
