About Me

Who Am I?

I am currently a sophomore at Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis. I am majoring in Public Safety Management and minoring in Forensic and Investigative Sciences and Criminal Justice.

I have always been extremely interested in protecting the security of other individuals during hazards and/or emergencies. I have become a strong advocate for protecting the security of other people when at special events. I decided to add on both minors in order to be able to expand my knowledge in the criminal justice field and forensic field.

I decided to also pursue two certificates in Nonprofit Management and Child Abuse and Neglect. I aspire to open my own nonprofit in Marion County in order to be able to give back to the adolescents in my community.

During my internship at Marion County Commission on Youth (MCCOY), I learned plenty of transferable and interpersonal skills that I will be able to apply in my future careers. All in all, my different professional experiences will help me be able to achieve my professional goals.
