Welcome to my professional portfolio! This portfolio reflects my commitment to supporting students’ academic, social, and emotional development through a Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) framework. As a PBIS District Behavior Anaylst , I provide leadership and guidance across K–12 campuses to implement positive behavior supports and evidence-based interventions. I dedicate myself to fostering safe and inclusive learning environments where students can thrive at every level of support—through schoolwide initiatives, targeted group interventions, or individualized behavior plans.
I am committed to helping students navigate challenges, from behavioral concerns and social-emotional development to academic engagement, by providing strategies that promote growth, self-regulation, and resilience. Through collaboration with educators, parents, and administrators, I work to build comprehensive, tiered systems of support that enhance student outcomes and school climate.
