Undergraduate Research Opportunities
The ARHI Lab welcomes motivated undergraduate students interested in robotics, physics, control systems, or human–machine interaction, who are seeking hands-on research experience in a structured laboratory environment.
Who can apply
Physics, Computer Science, Engineering/ASRE, or related majors
No prior robotics experience required
Strong interest in problem-solving, experimentation, and technical learning
Reliability, consistency, and willingness to learn matter most
What students gain
Hands-on experience with robotic and haptic systems
Programming for experiments, data collection, and analysis
Exposure to experimental design and research methods
Technical writing and presentation experience
Students will complete this experience with a research portfolio entry, poster, and technical skills in experimental workflows.
