Calendar Events have all the details that you put into Trip Wizard.

"Jones Why Not Minot" 

This is the name of the XLSX file loaded into Argo. If you are gathering up files from several travelers to compare in Argo, it is helpful to give them a name that means something to you. By default Trip Wizard will export a file that looks like a date. Those are hard to recognize in a folder full of trips. 

"Trip Wizard name: Argo Sample - Jones"

This is the name the user of Trip Wizard user gave their trip. This name is the key Argo uses to know which events it puts into your calendar. If the Trip Wizard user updates their trip, they should not change this name! Argo Can update the calendar with the updated events only if this name matches the previous Add to Calendar. 

"Traveler: Jones"

This is the name the Argo user can give to to a trip that is used throughout the Argo views. You might find it useful to use the traveler's real name here.

You can use Trip Wizard to update trip details and have Argo update your calendar whenever you want to synchronize them. However, for Argo to synchronize with your calendar several things must all be true.

• The name of the trip given inside the trip Wizard all must be the same as it was when you used Argo to add to the calendar. 

• You must load your new XLSX file (exported from Trip Wizard) from the same folder that you originally loaded the trip that you are updating. This is because Argo adds a file to that folder that keeps track of what it added to your calendar.

Be careful: When Argo "Updates" it deletes all the calendar events it previously added then adds the new ones. 

If you have edited the calendar events in the Calendar app then have Argo update them, you will lose all the edits you did manually. If this is your way of working, maybe you don't want to use Argo to update at all.

You might find it helpful to create a separate calendar just for Argo trips. In the Apple Calendar app, you can have both calendars showing, and this way your trips can be a different color than your normal calendar events.
