Here is a summary of our plan:
we rely on local public/private participation to implement projects
that are scalable - start small and expand over time
with a pay as you go mechanism whereby
the beneficiary does not pay/fund activities that are
derived from the sales of export-import-domestic products and services transiting via the port
Beneficiary is included in the project/transaction income distribution
the client is a seller and/or buyer - typically a small business
as beneficiary, the port signs off on the BOT/PPP agreement
before a project gets underway, Arezza, partners and suppliers agree to the income distribution; i.e. this is a revenue sharing operation

Transactions
a simple proposition for your consideration as a
Seller - on-demand transactions, at cost with door to door service that market, sell and deliver your products and related services, without any fees or mark-ups.
Buyer - CIF service, also at cost + negotiable per transaction fee.
from FOB to CIF
Procurement at Cost – we identify the low cost, best value offer and arrange transport & insurance;
Payments – to buyers and suppliers are made by Arezza;
The Contractual Relationship is on a transaction basis;
Fee Schedule based on the number of transactions in 30 calendar days;
Billing – invoiced and paid on-demand ; fees are paid monthly.
Freight Terms of Service
Reservations contact us at least 36 hours in advance, indicating number of items and dimensions of each item to be shipped, estimated miles, departure and arrival addresses. You will be charged for the actual point to point transfer miles, as defined by the pick-up and delivery information you provide.
