• Development Of Innovative Pedagogy: Self-Learning Material (SLM) developed for Post-Graduation in Library Science, Karnataka State Open University (KSOU) Sep, 2022

• Python Development for Metadata Harvesting: Designed and developed Python programs to harvest metadata from working papers of NBER, Sage, UNU, IMF, World Bank, and other scholarly sources.

• Library Online Book Recommendations: Created an online book recommendation form using the Jotform platform to enhance library user engagement.

• Data Extraction Programs: Developed Python scripts to extract datasets via APIs, streamlining data acquisition for research purposes.

• Co-Instructor, "Python for Economists" Course: Co-teaching the "Python for Economists" course at IGIDR since 2022, covering Python fundamentals, web scraping, data extraction using APIs, text analysis, and data conversion (PDF to Excel/CSV).

• Library Stock Verification Tool: Developed a Python-based tool for library stock verification that generates reports on missing items, improving inventory accuracy.

• Database Migration : Successfully migrated the Open Initiative Index (OII), a social science journals indexing database, from a PHP platform to Koha, enhancing system efficiency and usability.

• Library Website Development: Designed and developed the library intranet website at Alliance University using Microsoft FrontPage and WordPress, improving access to library resources.

• E-Newsletter Design: Created and designed library e-newsletters for IGIDR (using CSS/HTML) and Alliance University (using Microsoft Publisher), enhancing communication with stakeholders.

• DSpace Digital Repository Implementation: Installed, configured, and customized DSpace digital repository software at Alliance University to manage and disseminate digital content.

• Open Access Blogs: Developed blogs to promote open access resources at Alliance University, increasing resource visibility and engagement.

• Online Feedback and Request Mechanisms: Implemented online feedback mechanisms and request forms for book and database procurement at IGIDR and Alliance University using Google Forms, QR codes, streamlining user interaction.

• Centralized Library Statistics System: Developed a centralized online library statistics mechanism using Google applications to unify data from multiple branches.
