Here's a Google Drive folder of Codecraft sketches related to the exercises in this workshop. Select the file you are interested in and download it to your computer. Use the "..." menu on the upper right of the Google Drive page and choose "Download."
Be sure to remember where you saved the .cdc (".codecraft") file.
Then, in Codecraft, use "Files" ... "Local Projects" to load the sketch into the editor.

There are many ways to create an Arduino IoT project. Some possible paths:
"ThingSpeak is an IoT analytics platform service that allows you to aggregate, visualize, and analyze live data streams in the cloud. You can send data to ThingSpeak from your devices, create instant visualization of live data, and send alerts."
"Arduino IoT Cloud is a powerful service, allowing anyone to create IoT applications with just a few simple steps."
Requires a compatible board (Arduino MKR, ESP8266 ESP-12E module, ...)
Develop sketches using the browser-based Arduino Cloud development environment.

specifically for Home Automation
"Open source home automation that puts local control and privacy first. Powered by a worldwide community of tinkerers and DIY enthusiasts. Perfect to run on a Raspberry Pi or a local server."
Create sensors/actuators with Arduino technology and integrate them with your home automation system.
There are many sources for additional materials (motors, servos, sensors, communicatons, ...) to add to your Arduino projects. These sites also have great tutorials!
Sparkfun (in Niwot, Colorado - local pickup available)
Grove Beginner Kit for Arduino - low cost kit with useful modules, pre-connected to an Arduino UNO.
