If you are planning an event or get-together at the island for 20 or more people, payment of a reservation fee of $20 is appreciated. This fee helps offset the cost of garbage removal and toilet rental.
Reserving the island doesn't mean for exclusive use--other members and their families may use the island during reserved time. Payment of the reservation fee ensures that there will not be another large group at the island at that time.
Private parties must be sponsored by an AHIBC member, who must be present and assume full responsibility for guests.
Sponsors are expected to clean up the area after their party. Separate containers are provided for recycling and trash. If the volume of trash exceeds the container capacity, remove excess.

2. Email Nadia Lubeznik-Warner nlubeznik@yahoo.com and Betsy Gilbert betsyogilbert@gmail.com so it can be added it to the calendar.
3. Send/Drop off a $20 check to Betsy Gilbert (1466 Skiles), treasurer, along with a note indicating your desired date/time.Â
4. Upon receiving the check, your reservation will be confirmed.
