Please describe what you were doing, what you expected to happen and what happened instead.
When reporting a problem, please include:
• The ArcLog version and build number shown in Preferences.
• Your iPhone or iPad model and iOS or iPadOS version.
• The steps that reproduce the problem.
• A screenshot, if useful, after hiding anything you do not wish to share.
Please do not send an unredacted logbook or backup file unless you have chosen to do so and it is genuinely necessary.
ArcLog’s working data is stored locally on your iPhone or iPad. ArcLog does not operate a user-account system or keep a copy on a developer server.
If you enable iCloud backup, ArcLog saves private JSON backup files in your own iCloud Drive. iCloud Drive must be enabled and available for this feature to work.
No. ArcLog Support cannot see or retrieve data stored on your device or in your private iCloud Drive. Keep an up-to-date backup and confirm that it is available before replacing a device or deleting the app.
Use ArcLog’s export area to create a professional PDF or Excel file. You choose where the resulting file is saved or shared.
Before reinstalling ArcLog, replacing your iPhone or iPad, or carrying out major troubleshooting, confirm that you have a current backup or export. Removing the app may also remove its locally stored data; iCloud backup files must be managed separately in iCloud Drive.
