Multi-functional and connected to the neighborhood, the 3-story home encompasses all three concepts live/work/play by maximizing flexible interior spaces integrated with inviting open spaces on all three levels. Designed on a small narrow footprint within stringent city code requirements, common to beach communities, the home pioneers a new way of family living.

The encompassing of all three concepts, live, work and play accommodates the dynamic and demanding lifestyle of today’s generation, with the need for separate but connected home offices, media screening rooms, guestrooms, and home gym and heralds the new generation towards a sustainable single family home that has a smaller footprint to our resources.

This home is inspirational in making the most of its surroundings while repurposing and consolidating the use of existing urban land rather than building out, and by designing the home to be multi-functional and connected to the neighborhood.
