Not every player needs the same kind of training.
APC offers different ways to improve depending on what you need most: build a specific skill, make better decisions during live play, or understand the patterns shaping your game.
Build the skill. See the game. Understand your game.
Build the skill.
The APC Blueprint Series is a two-hour deep dive into one important shot.
Rather than touching briefly on a skill and moving on, Blueprint sessions break it down piece by piece. We work through the footwork, body positioning, spacing, paddle face, contact point, and other details that make the shot work.
Over the course of the two hours, the session builds progressively. Players move from understanding the shot, to isolating its key pieces, to purposeful repetition, and then toward more realistic application.
With a maximum 4:1 player-to-coach ratio, every player gets high repetition, individual instruction, immediate feedback, and plenty of opportunities to adjust and try again.
The goal is simple: learn one shot deeply and learn it well. You should leave not only hitting the shot better, but understanding how it works, what tends to go wrong, and how to keep improving it after the session ends.
One shot. Two hours. A true deep dive.
See the game.
Many points are lost before the final shot is ever hit.
A player is standing in the wrong place. A partner moves too early. An attack comes from a poor position. A player reacts to the ball in front of them without recognizing what is likely to happen next.
Freeze Play Coaching uses real games as the classroom.
Players compete normally, but play is paused at important moments to examine what is happening on the court. We look at positioning, anticipation, shot selection, partner movement, patterns, and how one decision creates the next situation.
The goal is not to stop every point or analyze every mistake. The goal is to identify moments that reveal something important and help players begin seeing those situations earlier on their own.
Freeze Play is designed for recreational and intermediate players who already know how to play the game but want to better understand why points are being won and lost.
No mechanics. Just smarter pickleball.
It is difficult to accurately evaluate your own game while you are playing it.
The APC Performance Lab combines multiple forms of high-quality AI game analysis with coaching notes, observations, and insights. The information is then organized and presented to you in a simple, clear format—so you are not buried in statistics or left wondering what the numbers mean.
You leave with identified strengths, clear priorities for improvement, and practical next steps for training. The Performance Lab can stand alone as a snapshot of your current game or become the starting point for more focused development through private coaching, Blueprint training, Freeze Play, or purposeful practice on your own.
See the patterns. Understand your game. Know what to work on next.
