A movement to create more Archanas
I want to reach the last mile, where the voices of young people, especially women, are still silenced. Many don’t even know that what they face is discrimination. Others, though ready to challenge it, don’t know where to start or how to fight.
The Problem
Too many young people and women from the marginalised and indigenous sections face:
They remain invisible in decision-making spaces, excluded when policies are shaped, left out of conversations that decide their future, trapped in cycles they never chose.
What do we do?
Give them the motivation to break the silence
Build a strong community where they find support, not isolation
Enable them to push for systemic change
Lead local solutions to local problems
Inspire other women to rise
Amplify community voices
Drive systemic change from within
The vision
Support and empower 100 young people and women in the next three years from marginalised communities to become change leaders.
Identify 100 young women from marginalised communities
Train them with leadership, advocacy, and community-building skills
Connect them to mentors and platforms that boost their visibility and confidence
Build a strong alumni community for continuous learning and collaboration
If lifting one woman creates a ripple, then lifting 100 will create a wave !
