The app only accesses photos that you explicitly select for editing.
No other photos or videos are accessed.
Edited photos are stored locally on your device.
The app does not upload or share your photos without your consent.
3. Offline & Online Features
Most photo editing features work offline on your device.
Network access is required only for:
Displaying ads
Optional sharing/exporting of edited photos
Photos are never uploaded automatically without user consent.

Purpose
Access, display, and manage photos from the user's device in a custom gallery for browsing and editing images. This is a core feature of the app (Image Editor).
Load online ads and optional online content (such as stock images).
Check internet connectivity for ads and online features.
Process in-app purchases and subscriptions.
Used by Google Play services and Ads SDK for internal operations. The app does not directly use this permission.
Save edited images back to the user's device.
Used to provide more relevant ads using anonymized identifiers. No personally identifiable information is collected.
Used by advertising SDKs to deliver and measure ads performance. No personal data is shared.
OpenCV library (Apache 2.0) is used only for offline image processing. No personal data is shared with OpenCV.
5. Ads & Third-Party Services
ArCaif displays online ads through third-party ad networks such as AdMob.
Ads may use anonymized advertising identifiers for targeting.
No personally identifiable information is shared beyond standard ad identifiers.

Other third-party libraries used in the app do not collect personal data beyond what is already described.
6. In-App Purchases / Subscriptions
ArCaif offers the following subscription options:

All payments are processed securely via Google Play Billing.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled by the user.
All purchases are non-refundable as per Google Play policies.
7. Device Information
The app may access device information (e.g., phone type) for functionality and filtering.
Users may copy their prompts and use them in external AI services such as Gemini. The app does not transmit, store, or share any user prompts. Any use of prompts in external services is done solely by the user.
This app contains a button to open an external AI service (Gemini) for generating images. The app does not collect or share any personal data when using this feature.
The app does not access calls, SMS, contacts, or other personal data.
8. Children & Family Safety
All content (filters, eraser, effect) is family-friendly.
The app is suitable for all ages.
No adult, gambling, or sensitive content is displayed in the app or ads targeted to children.
9. Data Security
ArCaif takes reasonable measures to protect your data.
All photos remain on your device unless you choose to share or upload.
While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security, so always back up your photos.
10. Third-Party Libraries & Licenses
OpenCV (Apache 2.0 License): Used for offline image processing only.
Ucrop (Apache 2.0 License): Used for image cropping functionality.
Google ML Kit Selfie Segmentation (Apache 2.0 License): Used for offline image processing only.
All image segmentation is performed locally on the user’s device.
No images or personal data are transmitted to any server.
Skydoves ColorPickerView (Apache 2.0 License): Used for offline color selection and brush customization only.
All color picking happens locally on the user's device.
No personal data, images, or other information are collected or transmitted.
Google Play Billing: Used for processing subscriptions and purchases.
Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) or other ad networks: May use anonymized advertising identifiers only.
These libraries do not collect personal information beyond what is already described above.
11. Changes to Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
Updated policies will be posted in the app or on a public link.
Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
