JACOB SCOTT
I am a passionate, driven and friendly Strength & Conditioning Coach, committed to helping you achieve your health, fitness and performance goals.
I understand what it takes to set goals and dedicate yourself to achieving them. I've completed multiple Ironman 70.3 triathlons, ran my first marathon in 2024, and am currently training for my first full distance Ironman in 2026. I have competed in almost every sport you could think of as a junior athlete and I enjoy pushing the limits of what I can do. Nothing can match the feeling of achieving a goal you've worked so hard towards, and together we can get you there!
I am a huge advocate of leading a healthy and active lifestyle, and understand that there is more to the story than the workouts themselves. I have designed my approach so that you benefit from a complete health and fitness solution, extending beyond the training sessions.
