I am always keen to take part in projects with a social impact. I am particularly interested in those which help youth, especially the ones with fewer opportunities, to reach further and find their way, inside or outside academia.
Currently, I am part of Latin American Cryptographers, an initiative that aims to help to reduce further the bridge between Latin America and the international cryptography community. Naturally, our focus is on helping students that want to get involve or have already been doing their first steps in Cryptography. If it is your case and you think my help may be useful, please don't hesitate to contact me.
In the past I have collaborated with the following programs, some of which are still going and may be of your interest:
Associaciò per Promoure la Reserca Jove: Catalan association that promotes research among youth.
Tu Beca Argentina: An association that helps Argentinian students to apply for scholarships to continue their studies abroad.
Secretaría de Extensión (National University of Córdoba): allows students to get involved in projects that generate some social impact. In particular, Estudiantes por el derecho a la educación (Students for the right to access to education), a program aiming to reduce the gap between students from marginal schools in Córdoba and the University, was the one that influenced me the most.
